Library

Our library facility continues to provide a range of services for our entire school community.  It is well stocked with computer giving students and community members access to a vast array of knowledge and information far beyond the four walls of our building.  To assist in research, we also have enquiry terminals which help in the fast and efficient location of current resources housed in, and available for borrowing from, our library.

Every child in the school visits the library each week for a class lesson time.  They also have the opportunity to visit each lunch time for further fun and/or research.  All children are entitled to borrow resources as often as they need to for either pleasure or information gathering.

Kindergarten children visit the library each week in term 1.  From term 2 they also are able to begin borrowing.  Parents are asked to have a labelled library bag available for their child from that time.

The library is available during school hours to assist the students and wider school community.  We are pleased to welcome all to come and discover the exciting world contained in the resources which make up our library.
